Common ordering questions

We need an invoice, and would like to provide a tax ID number for avoiding sales tax:
‍For business purchases, Tax Id and Invoices are available at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card and ACH wire transfer through Stripe.

‍What do you need from us to get started?
Provide your processor MAC Address ID after purchase and we will send you a download link and license key.

‍How do I set it up?
‍Simply load the file to the processor and enter your license key on any user-interfaced connected to the system

‍Is there support?
‍Yes, a dedicated technical account rep will be assigned to your account to ensure you are able to load and configure a project to the processor.

‍Is this a lifetime license?
Each license is good for one processor MAC ID. There is no expiration date.

Do I need to be a Crestron dealer?
Thats up to you, we don't sell or distribute any of Crestron proprietary software. Our software is simply a program which is loaded to the processor. Each license includes at least 1 hour of onboarding support to get you started, regardless if you have access or not.

Can this replace our programmer?
nVision Hydra could be used by your programmer, or if you prefer you can use our tool to program jobs yourself and hire our team to assist you during deployment.

How do i provide source code to the customer?
Simply provide the customer with a backup of the existing configuration, as well as the password credentials to the system.
