We are purchasing as a business and require an invoice:

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card and ACH wire transfer through Stripe.

‍What do you need from us to get started?
Provide your processor MAC Address ID after purchase and we will send you a secure download link and license key.

How do I set up nVision Hydra?
‍Simply load the file to the processor and enter your license key on any user-interfaced connected to the system

‍Is there support?
‍Yes, a dedicated technical account rep will be assigned to your account to ensure you are able to load and configure a project to the processor.

‍Is this a lifetime license?
Each license is good for one processor MAC ID. There is no expiration date. You will however need to maintain your subscription to make future code changes to the system.

Do I need to be a Crestron dealer?
Thats up to you, we don't sell or distribute any of Crestron proprietary software. Our software is simply a pre-built proprietary project which is loaded to the processor.

Can this replace our programmer?
nVision Hydra could be used by your programmer, or if you prefer you can use our tool to program jobs yourself and hire our team to assist you during deployment.

How do i provide source code to the customer?
Simply provide the customer with a backup of the existing configuration, as well as the password credentials to the system. Source code to nVision Software is proprietary and not included.
